Cancellation and Refunds Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to payments made for access to AUMQuotient paid assessments and/or paid report unlocks.

2. Cancellations

Because the service is digital and access is typically granted immediately after payment confirmation, cancellations are generally not possible once access has been granted.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased report or assessment, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We may ask for details to troubleshoot before approving a refund.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email: [email protected] with your payment reference/attempt ID and a brief reason.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method as per the timelines of the payment gateway/banking networks.

5. Chargebacks / Disputes

If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact us immediately. You may also contact your bank/payment provider to raise a dispute, but we recommend contacting us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
