AUMQuotient is a digital self-reflection product ("we", "us", "our"). The Service provides assessments and reports designed for introspection and personal growth.

3. Nature of Assessments

AUMQuotient provides dharma assessments based on classical Sanatana Dharma frameworks. These assessments:

  • Are not clinical, medical, or psychological diagnoses
  • Are not absolute truth claims about your dharma state
  • Are tools for self-reflection and growth
  • Are based on scenario-based questions that explore inner tendencies
  • Should not replace guidance from qualified teachers or healthcare professionals

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate demographic information
  • Answer questions honestly and reflectively
  • Use results for personal growth, not to judge others
  • Respect the spiritual nature of the assessments
  • Not share your account credentials

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including assessments, questions, reports, and recommendations, are the intellectual property of AUMQuotient or its licensors. You may:

  • View and download your personal reports
  • Share your reports with teachers or mentors
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

6. Payments, Delivery, Cancellations & Refunds

Some reports or assessments may require payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (for example, Razorpay). We do not store full card details on our servers.

The Service is delivered digitally. Please review our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refunds Policy for timelines and eligibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on assessment results
  • Emotional distress from self-reflection
  • Technical issues or service interruptions

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
